OUR SERVICES

CLIMB offers different community living options and support services based on individual needs and goals. CLIMB residential programs build independence and celebrate individuality. Using a Person-Centered Planning Process and tools, our direct support professionals work with each person to have the life that they want to live.

Placements in our residential and day programs are made through the Eastern Los Angeles and San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Centers. If you are interested in being referred to CLIMB, please contact your service coordinator at your representing Regional Center and request a referral packet be sent to us.
